You do not need to create an account to place an order. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information.
3. Product Information and Pricing
We sell pet treats and related pet products. Product descriptions are provided for general information. We try to describe items accurately, but slight differences in appearance, size, or packaging may occur. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order. We do not charge sales tax. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you before processing the order.
4. Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. All amounts are in USD. There are no hidden fees at checkout. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. Payment is processed through a secure SSL encrypted connection.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Shipping to the contiguous 48 states takes an estimated 3–5 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Tracking is provided once the order ships. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Defective items are returned at our cost. Remorse returns are returned at the customer’s cost. We do not offer exchanges; please return for a refund and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection. The refund may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. We do not charge restocking fees.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and page design, belongs to rileyspetslink or is used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
